Air Marshal SB Deo served a sterling 40 years in the Indian Air Force during which he has clocked over 4000 hours in a variety of fighter aircraft.  He is a qualified flying instructor and has instructed at the IAF Flying Instructors School as well as Tactics & Air Combat Development Establishment.  As a senior ranked officer he tenured as Director General Air Operations at Air HQ, New Delhi before becoming Air Officer Commanding in Chief of Eastern Air Command followed by Western Air Command.  Thereafter he served as the Vice Chief of Air Staff before retiring in Sep 2018.  Apart from being an aviation enthusiast all through, he has an undying interest in technology, mechanics, computers and a variety of allied subjects.  His interests led him to design Glide bombs, Cruise Missiles, UAVs and innovative aerospace platforms which was recognised by the then Honourable President of India, Dr. Abdul Kalam.  Air Marshal Deo launched JSR Dynamics in December 2018 with Glide Bombs in four weight categories as the flagship product.  Since then, the Company has increased its range of products to include Range Extension Kits, Cruise Missiles and UAVs.  Within a year of its being launched, the Company has invested in top of the line equipment and highly experienced personnel to live up to its promise of delivering world class products.  JSR Dynamics is founded on strong fundamentals and professionalism that flows from the vast knowledge and experience of Air Marshal SB Deo.  This is evident from the technology employed and the finesse of products.  Under his leadership, the Company is one of the few Defence startups in India that makes entire products from Design to Delivery thus contributing in earnest to the ‘Make in India’ concept.
